Terms of Use & Data License

Deeptech Navigator (the "Service", at deeptechnavigator.com) is operated by Analystology LLP("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Use and the Data License below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

The Service maps India's deep-tech landscape — startups, patents, designs, trademarks, filers, inventors, institutions and the ecosystem around them — compiled from public registries and enriched with our own analysis. It is an information and research tool. Some pages are open; others require an account and an active subscription.

2. Ownership & the data license

The Service, its compilation, rankings, scores, summaries, written analysis, design, code and the way the underlying records are selected, structured and presented are the intellectual property of Analystology LLP and are protected by copyright and database rights — all rights reserved. The underlying primary records (patent, design, trademark and company filings) originate from public registries and remain subject to their own terms.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and to view, and take reasonable internal notes or extracts from, the information shown to you — for your own informational and internal business use only. This license does not transfer any ownership.

3. What you may not do

Except with our prior written permission, you agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, spider, bulk-download, or use bots or automated means to extract data from the Service, or attempt to reconstruct or re-assemble a substantial part of the database;
• resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish or otherwise make the data or content available to any third party, or use it to build or train a competing product, dataset or model;
• share, transfer or resell your account or access credentials, or exceed the seats you have been granted;
• circumvent, disable or interfere with any access control, rate limit, security feature or usage cap, or access parts of the Service you have not been granted;
• remove or obscure any proprietary notice, or misrepresent the source of the data.

We monitor for abuse and may throttle, suspend or terminate access that breaches these Terms.

4. Accounts & access

Accounts sign in with a one-time email code; you are responsible for the security of the inbox you use and for activity under your account. Access to paid layers is granted per scope by our team and may be time-limited. We may operate a single active session per account and may end sessions, or revoke access, where these Terms are breached.

5. Subscriptions & payment

Plan prices shown on the Service are quoted per user, per year, and are indicative. Access is activated manually by our team after we confirm details — no card is charged automatically through the Service. Any launch or promotional pricing applies as described at the time of the offer and may be withdrawn. Fees for activated access are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Data accuracy & no professional advice

The Service is provided for general information only and is not legal, financial, investment, technical or professional advice. Cross-dataset links (for example between a startup and a patent) are name-matched candidates carrying a confidence label — they are matched, not authoritative records of ownership. Rankings and quality scores are computed proxies; some fields, summaries and classifications are AI-assisted and may be incomplete, out of date, or matched to the wrong entity. Coverage is not exhaustive. Always verify against the original public record before relying on anything here. How the data is compiled and its limits are described in our methodology.

7. Third-party sources & links

The Service draws on public sources including the Startup India registry, the Indian Patent Office, the Design and Trade Marks Registries, and NIRF rankings, and links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sources or sites, and their inclusion is not an endorsement.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any figure is correct.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Analystology LLP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or business, arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the Service or its data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for access in the twelve months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, INR 1,000).

10. Changes to the Service & these Terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, and may update these Terms, at any time. Material changes take effect when we post the revised Terms with a new effective date; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms.
